DEALERSHIP NORMS

1.   Period of Dealership is 5 Years.

2.   The Dealer should have a Showroom of their chosen one particular Taluk in a District.

3.       The Space of the Showroom is should be in minimum 400 sq. ft

4.       Dealership confirmation payment Rs.10000 (Ten Thousand) should be pay in our company account after signed the dealership form.

5.   The dealer should be purchase Minimum 15 chosen Vehicles by the given models: -

·         Slow Speed Scooters ( from available 6 Models)

·         High Speed Scooters (from available 4 Models)

·         High Speed Bikes (from available 4 Models)

6.   Deposit and Delivery Terms: -

·         Once signed the Dealership agreement the cost of Rs.90000 (Ninety Thousand) should pay as a security deposit and the cost of 15 vehicles.

·        After complete payment process the vehicles will be deliver within 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000..0km for 24 hrs., Between  100 -300 km within 48 hours, 3 to 6 Days for Above 300 KM.

·         After the end of agreement period (5 Years), the confirmation and the 100% of security deposit amount will be refund to your bank account.

·         In between the dealer wants to cancel the dealership before the agreement period, 25% of his/her deposit amount will be deduct to setup new dealer in the same location.

       7. The showroom should have one technical person and one mechanical person with full knowledge of electric vehicles.

DISTRIBUTORS NORMS

1.   Period of Distributorship is 5 Years.

2.       The Space of the Distributor’s Showroom should be in minimum of 600 sq. ft.

3.       Distributor needs to arrange the dealers in his/her district every taluks.  Every dealer’s showroom should be in minimum of 400 sq. ft.

4.       Every Dealers needs to purchase minimum of 15 Vehicles. Every Dealer’s deposit amount is 10000 (Ten thousand only) for confirmation of Taluk.

Example: If a district have a 5 nos of Taluk, then the amount will be 5x10000 = 50000 (Fifty Thousand only)

5.   The Distributor should be purchase for each dealer minimum of 15 chosen Vehicles by the given models: -

·         Slow Speed Scooters ( from available 6 Models)

·         High Speed Scooters (from available 4 Models)

·         High Speed Bikes (from available 4 Models)

6.   Deposit and Delivery Terms: -

·         Once signed the Distributor agreement the cost of Rs.90000 (Ninety Thousand) should     

  pay as a security deposit for each dealer/showroom along with the cost of vehicles.

       Example: If a district has a 5 nos of Taluk, then amount will be 5x90000 = 450000  

        (Four Lakh Fifty Thousand only)

·         After complete payment process the vehicles will be deliver within 100km for 24 hrs., Between  100 -300 km within 48 hours, 3 to 6 Days for Above 300 KM.

·         After the end of agreement period (5 Years), the confirmation and the 100% of security deposit amount will be refund to your bank account.

·         In between the dealer wants to cancel the dealership before the agreement period, 25% of his/her deposit amount will be deduct to setup new dealer in the same location.
